i'll start working when I recieve payment through the paypal invoice

sometimes i'll agree to do a commission and send the invoice later. depends on when i want to start.

deadlines are not set by the client. generally it's around a week but depends on personal circumstances

no refunds unless I'm unable to finish. you're responsible for your own money

client is not able to use artwork commercially
